A real ‘barista’, available 24/7, ready to serve quality coffee on demand: with a simple click from the mobile app, consumers can order a coffee and receive it wherever they want, whether at home, at the office, or on the go.
Barista on Demand interacts with the user through the avatar of coffee expert Andrea Lattuada, generated by artificial intelligence, and transforms the coffee experience from a “go-to-shop” to a “shop-to-customer” model.
Barista on Demand, automated and connected, directly reaches the consumer offering an even more personalised service and outlines a new business model that is more sustainable and efficient for new retail.
