Mexico City, Mexico
Wen Living is a secluded residence in bustling Mexico City commissioned by Awen Developers and designed by Alvear Arquitectos that shelters its residents from the hectic nature of the surrounding urban life.

Wen Living aims to be more than a place to live—it is a holistic wellness sanctuary surrounded by nature.
It was recently awarded a 2022 International Architecture Awards Honorable Mention by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
By integrating comfortable atmospheres with surrounding nature, living is elevated to something more extraordinary.

42 high-end residence apartments cater to people with particularly active lifestyles.
The residences are a destination to heal and restore holistically—facilitating an equilibrium between physical, mental, and emotional health.
The project complies with the highest design and well-being standards.
It also aims to achieve LEED gold certification.

The concept behind Wen Living is balance: the enjoyment of the elegant yet simple luxuries found in every single detail of the design.
One of the project’s key elements is its respect for the natural environment and harnessing energy-saving energy technology.
The project employs eco-friendly strategies and requests these from every consultant involved in the design process.
