The Kaiseki Face-to-Face Lounger, designed by the Akïro agency and manufactured by Cyria, is an innovative piece of urban furniture that redefines social interaction in public spaces.
Halfway between a lounger and a face-to-face bench, this versatile and multifunctional piece encourages encounters and relaxation in urban environments.
A Design That Promotes Social Connection With its face-to-face configuration, the Kaiseki lounger invites passersby to pause, relax, and engage in conversation. It encourages spontaneous exchanges, thereby strengthening social bonds in an urban setting. Its modular design allows for seamless integration into a variety of environments, from parks and promenades to public squares.
The Kaiseki lounger is made from recycled steel and wood sourced from local PEFC-certified forests, ensuring sustainable forest management.
This eco-conscious approach reflects Cyria’s commitment to combining bold design with eco-design principles to create environmentally responsible urban furniture.
