With a keen interest in product design, Wolfgang Proksch presents the Mayer optical frames, a high end technology eyeglasses frame made of Japanese green Zyl (cotton-cellulose acetate) and Titanium/Beta-titanium metal hardware.
For its bold design and craftmanship, the project has been awarded a 2023 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
A special innovated hinge with a so-called Elastaneect and metal pad-arms/pads allow an extremely comforting wearing.
The Mayer optical frame’s timeless, iconic design gives a strong statement plus erecting the brands leading image.
