Laurinda Spear designs a new campus plan reinstating a tropical landscape and designing a building that feels synchronous with the natural environment
Designed by American Prize for Architecture laureate Laurinda H. Spear of ArquitectoniaGEO, Lakeside Village for the University of Miami is a new 12.4-acre (540,000 sf), mixed-use student housing complex comprised of 25 interconnected buildings that will be home to 1,115 students.
