Sergei Tchoban has completed an office complex in Berlin, the largest hybrid-timber building in Germany

European Prize for Architecture laureate Sergei Tchoban along with Stephan Lohre and the design team at Tchoban Voss Architects, together with granz + zecher architekten and de Winder Architekten and landscape architects hochC, have completed the EDGE Suedkreuz Berlin for their client SXB—a new seven-story office complex consisting of two buildings with a total floor area of approximately 32,000 square meters.

Sergei Tchoban leads the development of a two-part complex consisting of an eight-story hotel and a seven-story office building sharing a 12-meter wide glass ‘window’ as a connection

Designed by Sergei Tchoban and his design team from Tchoban Voss Architekten and landscape architects from kre_ta Kretschmer Tauscher Landschaftsarchitekten Partnergesellschaft, the construction of AMANO East Side Hotel and office building is a new mixed-use development located in a 2,400 square meters plot in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district between the Ostbahnhof and the north bank of the River Spree.

Tchoban Voss Architekten transforms a former and historic factory building and creates Russia’s first corteen steel covered office building

Tchoban Voss Architekten's Ferrum 1 is a seven-story business center standing on the historic site of the former Rossiya factory in St Petersburg's Polustrovo district, whose name derives from the material used in the structuring of the façade, but is also a reference to the history of the former industrial site on which the new building was erected.

Sergei Tchoban converts a 1920s hotel and cinema into a contemporary commercial building successfully blending Wilhelminian and Art Nouveau architecture

Designed by European Prize for Architecture laureate Sergei Tchoban and his team at tchoban voss Architekten, Kurfuerstendamm 68 is a building that was used as a hotel at the end of the 1920s, known as "Hotel am Kurfuerstendamm", and has now been extended and converted into a modern office and commercial building with residential use in the attic.
