Along 20 acres of waterfront of the Tampa Bay, The Pier Approach is a monumental, landmark civic park and pedestrian walkway complete with pavilion designed by Barbara Wilks and David Ostrich from W Architecture & Landscape Architecture LLC with Wannemacher Jensen Architects for the city of St. Petersburg in Florida.
