CHYBIK + KRISTOF, Terra Florida, and Skanska convert a former sugar factory into a residential mixed-use development preserving its unique industrial character

CHYBIK+KRISTOF collaborate with SKANSKA Group, and landscape architects Terra Florida and together present their plans for a new mixed-use residential development to transform a sugar factory on the outskirts of Prague, covering a 58,000-square-metre area and consisting seven multifunctional buildings.
