Shaun Killa’s concept for this development called “Sinuoso,” the Italian word for “a curvy and winding path,” is a re-design for an existing mixed-use development in Dubai that seeks to upgrade its design and increase the property’s potential value.
Designed by Shaun Killa as the gateway to Dubai’s Downtown and Business Bay areas, this prominent site required an elegant design, combining a residential tower (287m high, 66 floors) and an office tower (326m high, 65 floors).
In the design for Namaste W Hotel in Mumbai, the central aim of the hotel’s design was to produce an iconic form that will be instantly recognized at the local, regional and international architectural calibers.
Architect Shaun Killa’s primary inspiration of the Museum of the Future was to create a form that represents the client’s vision of the future, where the physical building with its exhibition floors represents our understanding of the “future” as we know it today and for the next 5 to 10 years.
