Eran Chen and his design team at ODA have unveiled a new residential twin tower scheme for Brooklyn-based developers Dependable Equities, which will soon rise and twist and bend at its site to become the tallest skyscraper in Fort Lauderdale, surpassing 100 Las Olas, which is just under 500 feet tall.
Designed by Eran Chen, head of ODA, the new 65,000-square-foot project for 212 West 93rd Street is being developed by Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties, which acquired the 9,000-square-foot plot from the Shaare Zedek Congregation for $34.3 million.
Designed by Eran Chen and the design team at ODA and developed by Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, the new tower is located at the corner of West 91st Street and Broadway and will yield 57 units in one- to five-bedroom layouts ranging from 887 square feet to 3,524 square feet.
