MoreySmith and Bush Consultancy have rehabilitated a 3,300m2 building, erected in the late 1800s and used to power Bristol’s tram system, and developed a flexible and contemporary workspace for start-up companies, retaining the building’s history with elements of its original structure visible throughout its six stories.
