At the center of Wenzhou Kean University in Shanghai, John Ruble of Moore Ruble Yudell Architects & Planners, along with Tongji University Architectural Design and Research Institute and Zhongtian Construction Group Company Limited, has completed the Ge Hekai Hall for the Colleges of Architecture and Design and School of Computer Science: a new typology in educational buildings that serves multiple academic disciplines and offers spaces beyond the classroom for engagement and gathering.
