Led by Trent Tesch, Jorge Mendoza, Carlos Cerezo at KPF, the American Prize for Architecture laureate office has designed the Chiofaro Company’s new stately Pinnacle at Central Wharf to reconnect downtown Boston to the waterfront with a new public space, while advancing the Climate Ready Boston initiative through significant sustainable and resilient design elements.
