Future House laureates Peris+Toral Arquitectes have designed and built 54 social housing units created for IMPSOL- lnstituto Metropolitano de Promoción de Suelo to house occupants of the "Casas Baratas" built in 1929, situated in the Bon Pastor neighborhood of Barcelona.
