Architekten Stuttgart, the consortium led by Obermeyer Planen+Beraten and ACG Architecture Consulting Group, have completed the Mohammed bin Rashid Library for the Municipality of Dubai, embodying a rich history of cultures and civilizations to form a distinctive new cultural landmark in which education, culture, and tourism intertwine for the representation of Dubai’s cultural face.
