Lighting designers and manufacturer Simes present their innovative outdoors, non-conventional projector, Pivot, a totally adjustable conceived to direct its beam to any point of the three-dimensional space.
The project was recently awarded a 2021 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
Its cylindrical shape is totally adjustable and it is conceived to direct its beam at any point in the space.
Its rotational motion develops around three axes and it can draw infinite trajectories.
The complete adjustability of the beam allows the projector to illuminate the scene with
an extremely flexible approach, obtaining an impressive tailor-made lighting and
encouraging the highest projectual freedom.
By rotating around a pivot, hence the name of the product itself, the lighting can rotate on itself at 350°, on its axis from vertical to horizontal, and can rotate with its base at 350°.
Pivot comes with the base, an integrated ballast, or without base (remote ballast) fulfilling both practical and aesthetics needs.
It can be installed on the ground with a stake, on the wall, or on a pole. In the pole mounting version, the power supply is remote and it is provided with a specific base.
In addition to the wide variety offered by the Pivot family, all the variations are proposed in three types of beams as standard, narrow, and medium, and many others on request.
