Following the motto “small spaces require smart furniture,” Robin Delaere of Parklife GCV has designed for Pebl Furniture the Totem, a simple yet functional concept of stackable stools and a small table created especially for small outdoor spaces.
“On one hand, we carefully looked at the needs of people who have small outdoor spaces in cities. On the other hand, it was very important to come up with a functional, original, and beautiful product that could be stored in a very compact way when not in use,” explains the designer.
For its functional and striking design, Totem has recently been awarded a 2022 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
In most cities, lots of people have a small personal outdoor space yet everybody loves to spend some time outdoors, even if it is just to have a drink with some friends.
Totem consists of four stools that can easily be stacked on top of each other, at the very top you can stack the table.
When stacked, Totem occupies a very limited space.
