Zhiliantai Industrial Park Urban Renewal Design was awarded a 2021 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
The design of this “Pinwheel of Bagua” originates from the winds and clouds that flow along the mountain ridge bringing prosperity to the building.
This 250 meter tower is situated along an urban green corridor with mountains and lakes nearby, lending it an excellent location full of natural resources.
The designers thoroughly studied development needs and program requirements.
The Pinwheel shape fulfills the client’s functional needs, resolves shading issues, and reflects the symbolic meaning of the auspicious wheel in Chinese Culture.
The project will provide first-class residences, office, and retail space.
As an iconic tower, it will light up the region and become the pinnacle of the city.
The tower’s elegant silhouette and simple lines rise like a dragon from the ground, thrusting toward the clouds and steering the wind.
