Designed by Eran Chen, head of ODA, the new 65,000-square-foot project for 212 West 93rd Street is being developed by Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties, which acquired the 9,000-square-foot plot from the Shaare Zedek Congregation for $34.3 million.

ODA conceived the 14-story building as a vertical collection of 20 individual homes ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts with some full-floor penthouses.
Chen designed the building from the inside out, creating a layered effect with stepped terraces and oversized beveled windows to maximize light and air and seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Nearly every home has its own private terrace and a wholly unique layout.
Each residence is a calm oasis, where rich materials and handcrafted finishes evoke a sense of permanence and all-encompassing quality.

Details like white oak floors, oak wood-clad floor-to-ceiling windows that draw in dazzling natural light, and open-style kitchens that reveal custom-stained Ghiaccio grey-lacquer cabinetry, and Volakas marble slab countertops and backsplash.

With curated amenities that enhance daily life, the building’s 24-hour attended lobby provides an artful transition from the outside world while the landscaped rooftop will invite residents to relax and dine al fresco in a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen.
Once complete, 212 West 93rd Street will also include a new, ultramodern home for the Shaare Zedek synagogue, which has been part of the community for over 100 years.
