Joan 6 Pro by Visionect is a next-generation e-paper meeting room scheduler for the new flexible workspace that ensures a calm and safe collaborative work by eliminating meeting interruptions and double bookings.

The onboarding is simple, and it could be done by anybody in a couple of minutes: It connects to Wi-Fi, it adds a standard office calendar, and mounts to any surface without drilling or cabling with the Smart magnetic mount.

The Smart magnet works as a meeting room identifier.

For its advanced and perfectioned display design, Joan 5 Pro has won a 2023 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.

The device is made of recyclable and sustainable materials – glass and aluminum – and provides a premium feel and timeless look. It was designed on purpose to differ from shiny LCD screens.

Joan 6 Pro is 580x more power-efficient compared to other tablets.

It needs to be charged only twice a year leaving a minimal carbon footprint.

The energy needed to power Joan 6 Pro for an entire year is equal to making a cup of coffee.
