Flexxica Acoustic Sol luminaire, designed by Melis Öztürk, is a sustainable lamp that perfectly combines style and functionality for office spaces.
Crafted from high-quality felt panels made from recycled PET bottles, this sound-absorbing luminaire is environmentally friendly and incredibly durable and functional.
Flexxica Acoustic Sol luminaire has been awarded a 2023 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
The Sol, which stands for “sun” in Swedish, is designed to not only provide ample (luminous flux ↑1750lm/3500lm↓) and glare-free (UGR < 17) illumination but also to help reduce unwanted noise in any workspace.
Sol luminaire absorbs sound waves with its innovative, flame-resistant panels, creating a more peaceful and productive environment.
The felt panels used in the pendant lamp are sustainable and also add a unique touch of texture and warmth to any room.
The Sol acoustic luminaire is also incredibly versatile, with an adjustable cord that can be positioned to direct light where needed most.
It is available in 20 colors and four dimensions (from Ø1050mm up to Ø1950mm.).
